Hojicha is a Japanese green tea which roasted over charcoal to a reddish-brown color. 22 paper thin crepes layer with whipped with the pure roasted green tea cream that is complement by very strong Hojicha flavor to this cake. Taste is light and not overly sweet, it’s perfect for everyone.
